New, well-decorated, and quiet apartment, consisting of two suites (bedroom and bathroom). The first suite features a double bed, air conditioning, and a closet. The second suite features a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, a work or study desk, and a closet. The living room is spacious and connected to the kitchen. It features a flat-screen TV, sofa bed, stool, and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is available.
We are located on Rua Prudente de Morais, almost on the corner of Farme de Amoedo, just 1 block from Ipanema beach.
We do not have an elevator (lift) in the building. Access is by stairs only.
The trendy Ipanema neighborhood is famous for its namesake beach, which attracts a diverse crowd seeking sunbathing, sports and socializing. The rocky Pedra do Arpoador peninsula is a popular surfing spot, also offering trails and sunset views.
