Very new and cozy apartment, with ocean view, a couple steps from Ipanema beach. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, large living and dining room. Flat screen cable TV, high speed internet and WIFI. Full equipped kitchen. Laudry area with washing machine and a small batroom. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and also in the living room. Very safe area in the best spot of Ipanema.
Guests should be careful with children, as the apartment is open, walks high and does not have large doors. The hosts do not assume any responsibility for this. We ask guests not to smoke inside the apartment. We are a pet-friendly apartment, as the animal must be small in size, considering the hygiene of the house. In case of any damage caused by animal hair, responsibility for the location will be charged. Check-in and check-out will always be scheduled in advance, at a time suitable and convenient for both parties.
