Well decorated, quiet apartment just a few steps from Ipanema beach. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning and closet. The second bedroom has a private bathroom, fouble bed, air conditioning and closet. Large living room with flat screen TV, sofas, armchairs and air conditioning. Dining room with table that seats 4 people. Well equipped open-plan kitchen + laundry area with washing machine. High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
The trendy neighborhood of Ipanema is famous for its beach of the same name, which attracts a diverse crowd to sunbathe and make friends. The rocky Pedra do Arpoador peninsula is a popular spot for surfers, and also offers hiking trails and sunset views.
We do not have an elevator (lift) in this building. Access is by stairs only.
We are 3 blocks from Ipanema beach, Posto 8. Maximum 10 minutes-walk. Copacabana and Arpoador beaches are approximately 15 minutes away on foot. A few meters from the apartment you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a gym. The metro station is just over 1 block from the building. To Lagora Rodrigo de Freitas about 3 blocks or 15 minutes walking.
