The property, with 700m2 of built area, is inside a closed condominium with total security, located in the environmental protection area of the Serra dos Órgãos National Park. EMPLOYEES:
Three employees will be available throughout the stay, one of whom is on the house. The other 2 will have an additional cost of 150 reais per day, each. One maid will be on hand to prepare meals and the second one to take care of the house. The caretaker will be available to take care of the sauna, fireplace, barbecue, wood oven and any external purchases.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION:
The clock will be checked at check in and check out to charge the energy consumed during the stay. The value is R $ 1.00 per KWH.
